摘要
本文提出了一个克服时变大时滞及被控过程参数时变的最优预报自校正PID控制算法。通过计算机数字仿真,将新算法应用到化肥厂合成氨H_2/N_2这样一个时变大时滞的被控过程,结果看出这种控制策略鲁棒性好,抗干扰能力强,消除了时滞及过程参数时变对系统输出的影响,可以构成相当理想的工程控制器。
An algorithm of the optimal prediction self-tuning PID controller that overcomes time-varying large lag and parameters is presented in this paper. For time-varying parameters and large time lag in H2/N2 ratio control of ammonia synthesis process, computer simulation shows that the proposed algorithm possesses better robustness and ability of anti-disturbance. Using this algorithm, the influence of time-varying parameters and large time lag on the output of processes can be eliminated. It is quite an ideal engineering controller.
