沟状声带嗓音定量分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过对沟状声带患者组嗓音与正常对照组嗓音客观参数定量分析,探讨沟状声带患者嗓音特征,指导沟状声带病变诊断。方法:应用Dr.Speech4.0软件,采样分析27例沟状声带男女患者和60例嗓音正常者的嗓音资料,检测基频(F0)、基频微扰(jitter)、振幅微扰(shimmer)、基频标准差(F0SD)、标准化噪声能量(NNE)、谐噪比(HNR)、信噪比(SNR)和最大发声时间(MPT)等参数。结果:沟状声带患者与正常人比较,男性组中F0、jitter、shimmer、NNE、HNR、SNR和MPT等参数差异有显著性(P<0.05),女性组中jitter、shimmer、NNE、F0SD和MPT参数比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:嗓音分析可客观评估嗓音特征,其中NNE、F0、MPT和微扰值变化对指导沟状声带病变诊断有较高价值。
