摘要
目的总结内窥镜鼻窦术围手术期的护理经验。方法对80例慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者进行心理护理、术前后护理及出院指导。结果80例鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者治愈率85.0%,好转率12.5%,无效率2.5%。2例术中发生眶内出血,1例发生脑脊液鼻漏,无1例发生术后护理并发症。结论加强围手术期护理是提高手术效果,减少并发症的重要环节之一。
Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing in endoscopic sinus surgery. Method Eighty patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polypus were given psychological nursing, preoperative nursing and discharge guidance. Results The cure rate was 85.0% , the improvement rate was 12. 5% , and the inefficiency rate was 2. 5%. Orbital bleeding occurred in 2 cases, cerebrospinal rhinorrhea occurred in one case, and no serious postoperative complication occurred. Conclusion The perioperative nursing is a key to improvement of operation effectiveness and reduction of complications.
