腹主动脉腔内隔绝治疗腹腔动脉、肝动脉瘤合并肝内动静脉瘘一例

摘要 患者女,68岁,2年前因中上腹疼痛行腹部核磁示：腹腔动脉、肝动脉瘤样扩张,直径3 cm,未行治疗。2年来反复出现左心衰,1个月前因心衰再次入院,复查腹部CT示：腹腔动脉、肝动脉瘤,瘤径3．9 cm,动脉期肝静脉显影,肝内动静脉普遍扩张。提示同时存在肝内动静脉瘘（图1）,2006年4月22日入我院治疗,既往：高血压病、支气管炎20年;慢性心衰3年;糖尿病5年。术前生化检查正常,行介入治疗。
