摘要
实验同步记录了豚鼠门静脉的自发活动和物((86)Rb+)流出速度。结果表明,K(ATP)开放剂罗卡林(Cromakalim,Cro)(1~10μmol/L)取消豚鼠门静脉的自发活动,增加(86)Rb+的流出速度。内皮素-1(ET-1)(30nmol/L)增强豚鼠门静脉的自发活动,取消Cro增加(86)Rb+流出速度的作用。实验结果提示,ET-1对K(ATP)有一定的阻滞作用。
The effects of endothelin-1 and cromakalim on 86Rb+ efflux and spontaneous Myogenic activity were studied simultaneously in guinea-pig protal vein. 86Rb+ was used as a tracer ion for K+. The spontaneous activity was increased by endothelin-1 (30 nmol/L). Cromdkalim abolished myogenic activity.86Rb+ efflux was increased by cromakalim (1-10 μmol/L) in a concentration-dependent manner. No Change of 86Rb+ efflux was observed when endothelin-1 was used alone. But the increase of 86Rb+ efflux induced by cromakalim was decreased when endothelin-1 (30 nmol/L) was present simultaneously. The results suggest that endothelin-1 blocks ATP-sensitive K+ channels.
