本文根据内蒙古喀喇沁旗多年来在山地水土流失区进行治理的实际经验与效益,论述了水土流失的综合治理原则的重要意义和恢复良性生态循环的重要途径。
According to the practical experience gained from the control of soil andwater erosion in Kalaqing Banner of Inner Mongolia, the paper discusses theimportance of the comprehensive control principles of soil and water erosion,and proposes important ways to recover the benign ecological circulation.
