西藏地区男性干燥脱屑性唇炎流行病学调查 被引量:17

An epidemiological study of exfoliative cheilitis among male population in Tibet

摘要 目的:调查中国西藏地区男性人群中干燥脱屑性唇炎的流行情况,并分析可能的危险因素。方法:采用整群抽样方法抽取拉萨市男性706名为样本,对其进行问卷调查和临床检查。结果:调查拉萨市男性706名,均为汉族,干燥脱屑性唇炎患病率59.6%。明显高于以往关于低海拔地区所报道的患病率。所有样本人群中568人(80.5%)为冬季好发。622人(88.1%)近一年内有干燥脱屑性唇炎病史。统计分析表明劳动强度、居住时间、不良习惯(包括舔唇、咬唇等)、平均每日户外时间、免疫力低与干燥脱屑性唇炎的发病显著正相关(p<0.01)。结论:特殊的地理和气候环境可能是造成西藏地区干燥脱屑性唇炎患病率较高的原因,应该针对西藏地区特殊的气候因素开发新型防治药物。 The aim of this study is to investigate the prevalence of exfoliative cheilitis and the possible risk factors among male population in Tibet.Method:706 male adults in Lhasa were selected by the cluster sampling method. All the samples were asked to fill in a questionnaire and examined in July 2006.Result: The point prevalence of ex-foliative cheilitis in Lhasa was 59.6%, 568 individuals (80.5%) usually suffered from exfoliative cheilitis in winter. Duration of habitation, hypoimmunity, average outdoor time of everyday, habit disturbance and labor intensity are statistically corre-lated to the prevalence of exfolitive cheilitis.Conclusion: we speculate that special environment and climate in Tibet may be the risk factors of exfoliative cheilitis, The preventive methods including medicines need to be further studied to decrease the prevalence of exfoliative cheilitis.
