摘要
1降水本区北部为山势较低且不连续的准噶尔西部山地,由西、北方向来的气流容易入侵本区。阿拉山口,平均每年>8级的大风164天,为气流进入本区的主要通道。进入本区的气流,一部分受南部高峻天山的阻挡被抬升,水汽绝热冷却,在山区形成较多降水;另外分成两股气流,一股东流乌苏;另一股向西转西北进入博河流域,同翻越阿拉套山的气流汇合。
The famous drought of Ala in Xinjiang is in the North- west part of Ebinurwatershed. water vapour carried by airflow gets into from the North-west and rainfall isformed simultaneously in the watershed.The total amount of annual rainfall is 13340 mil-lion m^3. A. great deal of it covers in the mountain area, which reaches 10040 million m^3.Therunoff produces mainly in mountain area also.The total amount of annual suface runoff is3746 million m^3in this watershed.The total amount of annual underground water is 2029million m^3in the plain. Therefore the total amount of annual water resources reaches 4161million m^3in Ebinur watershed.
