通过以某厂发动机缸盖班为例,紧密围绕其所存在的问题,以及如何提高生产效率展开了论述。充分阐述了模特法和动作研究的相关原理和基本特点,以及它们在发动机缸盖班中应用的独特特点,最后通过对缸盖班中作业人员的动作研究,运用模特法找出了导致生产效率低下的原因所在,进行了工时定额,为寻求最经济、最有效、最省力的工作方法提供了一个简便易行的科学标准。
This article takes some factory engine cylinder cover class for example, closely revolves the disadvantages which it exists, as well as how enhanced the production efficiency to launch the elaboration.
