摘要
通过以某厂发动机缸盖班为例,紧密围绕其所存在的问题,以及如何提高生产效率展开了论述。充分阐述了模特法和动作研究的相关原理和基本特点,以及它们在发动机缸盖班中应用的独特特点,最后通过对缸盖班中作业人员的动作研究,运用模特法找出了导致生产效率低下的原因所在,进行了工时定额,为寻求最经济、最有效、最省力的工作方法提供了一个简便易行的科学标准。
This article takes some factory engine cylinder cover class for example, closely revolves the disadvantages which it exists, as well as how enhanced the production efficiency to launch the elaboration. Fully elaborated the Modular Arrangement of predetermined Time Standard（MOD） and the movement research related principle and the essential feature, as well as the unique characteristic of their application in the engine cylinder cover class, finally through to the cylinder cover class in operating personnel＇s movement research, and using the Modular Arrangement of predetermined Time Standard discovered the reason why the production efficiency is low, And has carried on a man-hour allotment , is the method of work which seeks most economically, most effective, and most reduces effort has provided a simple, practical and scientific standard.
