摘要
本研究通过运用活化浸出技术,实现了大洋多金属结核在常温常压条件下的硫酸浸出,综合回收镍、钴、铜、锰四种金属;研究了在活化浸出条件下,诸影响因素对各有价金属浸出行为影响;研究了不同活化浸出体系中的金属浸出行为,结果表明:H2SO4-H2SO3(SO2)体系是最佳的;研究了不同浸出方式的金属浸出行为,结果表明:采用还原活化-氧化连续浸出较为理想,可实现有价金属的选择性浸出。
An activating sulfuric acid leaching of ocean manganese nodules at ambient temperature and pressure is conducted to comprehensively recover nickel,cobalt,copper,and manganese.The effect of various parameters on leaching and the behavior of different active leaching systems are researched.The results show that H 2SO 4-H 2SO 3(SO 2)system is optimum.The investigation of various leaching circuit structures shows that reductive activation-oxidation leaching is comparatively reasonable and realizable as a selective leaching process.
