摘要
对茂名炼油厂输油管线腐蚀控制调查研究结果表明:单纯的油漆和绝缘涂层防腐效果很差,寿命一般不超过1年~2年;绝缘涂层加阴极保护联合防腐效果良好,其腐蚀速度降低到保护前的1/1000;阴极保护电位和电位仪站之间距离的控制是绝缘涂层加阴极保护联合防腐技术的关键;在高热高湿地区,阴极保护控制电位最佳控制条件为-0.85 V^-1.20 V,每1 km设置一个阴极保护电位仪装置,并且每隔45 km设置一个阴极保护场站.
To master the anti-corrosion situation on the petroleum pipeline, we have investigated the effectiveness of the anticorrosion coatings,as well as,the combination of insulation coating with cathodic protection in Maoming Refinery oil-line. The results indicated that the coating or the insulation coating alone showed poor protectiveness, their life cycle was no longer than 1 ~ 2 year. However, the combination of insulation coating with cathode protection showed good protectiveness with a longer lifecycle. A proper choice of the cathode protection potential and the distance between potentiometer stations is the key issue to ensure to effectiveness of the combined measures. Through the investigation,it is propesed for a region of local climate of high temperature and high humidity ,that the 0. 85V ~ -1.20V,and one cathodic protection optimal potential for the cathodic protection is between - station must be established for a distance of 45 km and one coatodic protection potentiometer should be set for Maoming region for a distance of 1 km.
