摘要
目的：探讨囊腔置管引流治疗颌骨囊性病变的术后护理方法。方法：对31例颌骨囊性病变患者行囊腔置管引流术，术后给予精心护理及出院指导。结果：本组第2,6个月时囊肿平均缩小率为75％，分别于引流后第2,6个月行二期手术刮除病变，随访6—48个月无复发、病理性骨折及面部畸形等并发症发生。结论：颌骨囊性病变囊腔置管引流术后施以精心护理，并给予详细出院指导，有利于患者早日康复，降低并发症发生率。
Objective： To explore nursing methods in the treatment of jaw cystic lesions with drainage in bursal lumen. Methods： Drainage in bursal lumen was applied to 31 patients with jaw cystic lesions and the patients were given careful nursing and instruction. Results： The reducing rate of cyst was 75 % after treatment for 2 and 6 months, subsequently, curettage of lesions was performed. No recurrence of lesions was found after follow - up for 6 to 48 months and no pathological fracture and facial deformity occurred. Conclusion： Drainage in bursal lumen combined with intensive care and particular instruction can effectively promote patient＇s recovery and decrease incidence of complication.
