王质是宋代《诗经》研究史上的重要人物,他的《诗经》研究专著《诗总闻》能用文学的眼光来关注《诗经》,从多方面对《诗经》的文学特质加以论述,展现了《诗经》清新明丽的文学世界。
Wang Zhi was an important figure in the history of researches in The Book of Songs during the Song Dynasty. His monograph Shi Zong Wen views The Book of Songs from the perspective of literature, elaborates on the special literary quality of The Book of Songs from many aspects and opens up a fresh, bright and beautiful literary world of The Book of Songs.
