摘要
用鸽I型副粘病毒(pigeon paramyxo virus,PPMV-I)油乳剂灭活疫苗对鸡进行免疫注射,并加强免疫,收集高免蛋,制备高免卵黄抗体,制备的高免卵黄抗体经血凝抑制(HI)试验测定效价为1∶1024。用制备的高免卵黄抗体对3个地方病鸽进行肌注治疗,剂量为1 ml/只,总治愈率达95%以上。结果表明,鸽瘟高免卵黄抗体具有特异性好、治愈率高,取材方便,制备简便和使用方便等特点,适用于基层推广应用。
The hens were immuned with the oil-emulsion vaccine of Pigeon Paramyxovirus Ⅰ,and those eggs which had produced yolk antibody for Pigeon Paramyxovirus Ⅰ were collected. The antibody titer tested by HA reached to 1 ： 1024 in the collected yolk liquid. Inoculated the ill Pigeons from 3 different places with the hiperimmune yolk antibody,the dose was 1 ml one pigeon,the cure rate reached 95%. The results showed that the yolk antibody for Pigeon Paramyxovirus I was specific, cheap and useful to controll Pigeon ParamyxovirusⅠdisease and worth to be used in practice on the farms.
