心率震荡现象及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 维持心脏正常的节律依靠交感神经与迷走神经的平衡协调,一旦这种平衡关系受损,将会导致心血管系统功能紊乱,可能发生严重的心律失常甚至猝死。心率震荡(HRT)是对心脏室性早搏内源性刺激的反应,不仅反映自主神经功能的变化,也反映在一次室性早搏后,心室压力变化所导致的主动脉弓颈动脉窦压力反射调节机制的变化,是与恶性心脏事件有密切关系的心电现象。
