摘要
目的检测深圳市放射工作人员淋巴细胞染色体畸变情况,评价放射工作人员工作场所防护措施状况。方法以该市837名放射工作人员为接触组,98人为对照组,按照染色体畸变试验方法,对其受检者血液(全血)标本进行细胞培养,制备细胞分裂中期染色体标本,观察分析背景清晰、染色体分散度良好的中期分裂相,统计分析染色体畸变率和细胞畸变率。结果受检的放射工作人员染色体畸变率和细胞畸变率分别为8.3×10-3%和0.17%,对照人群分别为7.8×10-3%和0.14%。二者相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论没有发现辐射对该组放射工作人员产生细胞遗传学效应,说明受检人员工作环境的防护措施是有效的。
[ Objective] To evaluate the health safety of the radiation - exposed workers and preventive measures in the workplaces by means of detecting and analyzing the lymphatic cells chromosome mutation of the radiation - exposed staff in Shenzhen. [ Methods] According to the chromosome mutation testing method, the blood samples were cultured, chromosome samples of mitotic metaphase were prepared; chromosome samples possessing clear baekground and good dispersion were observed and counted under microscope ; the rates of chromosome mutation and cell mutation were statistically analyzed. [ Results] The rates of chromosome mutation and cell mutation of the examined radiation - exposed workers were 0.84%×10^-3 and 0.17% respectively; while that of the control group were 0.73%×10^-3 and 0.14% respectively ; the difference was not significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). [ Conclusion] No eytogenetic effect was found in radiation on the radiation - exposed workers.
