摘要
以人工栽培的高山红景天根茎为试验材料,采用70%乙醇为溶剂提取其有效成分,以浓缩液加水使水不溶性物质沉淀析出的方法使之澄清;以制备的高山红景天提取液作为主要原料,采用正交试验选择高山红景天可乐饮料的最佳配方。试验结果表明,以选用的最佳配方研制的高山红景天可乐饮料成功地掩盖了高山红景天本身的苦味,克服了高山红景天提取物配制软饮料容易出现沉淀和风味不佳的缺点。
Extracted solution of Rhodiola Sachalinensis A.Bor.roots by 70% alcohol solution was taken as the material to make healthy cola drinks and the best drinks formulation was determined by orthogonal test. The results demonstrated that： making cola flavor soft drinks of Rhodiola could avoid the bitter flavor and overcome drawbacks of using Rhodiola to make beverages.
