摘要
本文认为,现代物流产业作为社会物资流通的支持产业,其重要性日益增强,然而在物流产业蓬勃发展的过程中,其对能源的过度消耗、对环境的损害等问题也逐渐显现出来。文章提出,为抑制物流活动对环境的危害,保护物流环境,充分利用物流资源,促进物流产业顺利发展,必须推行环保化的绿色物流模式,制定有利于绿色物流发展的政策法规,控制物流活动的污染发生源,发展共同配送等新兴物流经营模式,规范和约束物流活动的外部不经济性,促进绿色物流产业健康发展;使物流产业发展战略与循环经济相结合,提高资源利用率,减少污染物排放,提升经济运行质量和效益,保护生态环境;重视物流人才培养和绿色物流科研工作,提升我国物流从业人员整体素质与管理水平,满足国内市场对各类物流人才的需求,全面提高物流管理水平。
Modem logistics has becoming more and more important as the base industry for social transportation, but during the development, some problems coming such as the over consumption of energy and the destroying of environment. Green logistics is a general orientation of logistics industry development in the future. To promote the sound development of logistics industry, we must carry forward the development of green logistics, formulate policies and regulations that is beneficial to the development of green logistics, combine development strategies of logistics industry with recycling economics and pay attention to talent cultivation.
