摘要
天津市高校数字化图书馆建设是我国图书馆区域合作的一个典型范例。文章深入探讨了其多馆共用的联合系统和技术平台建设、资源建设、资源共享、组织结构建设与规章制度的制定、业务培训与队伍建设等方面取得的成效及建设过程中存在的问题。
University digital library construction of Tianjin is a typical example of library regional cooperation in China. This paper deeply studies on the results and problems of the construction process. The process includes many aspects, such as the union system and the technical platform construction, the resources construction, resources sharing, the organizational structure construction and the rules and regulations formulation, service training and the team building.
