摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定复方罗布麻片（Ⅱ）中氢氯噻嗪含量的方法。采用Kromoasil C18色谱柱,乙腈-水（12∶88）为流动相,检测波长271 nm,流速：1.0 mL·min^-1。氢氯噻嗪在4.0-50.0μg·mL^-1的浓度范围具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.60%,RSD为0.8%（n=6）。用本方法测定复方罗布麻片（Ⅱ）中氢氯噻嗪的含量准确可靠,专属性强,可用于该制剂的质量控制和评价。
A HPLC method was established for determination of hydrochlorothizazide in Compound Luobuma Tablets Ⅱ. A Kromoasil C18 column was used with acetonitrile and water （12 ：88） as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 271 nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1. There was a good linear relationship （r=0. 9999） in the range of 4.0-50.0μg · mL^-1 , the average recovery was 99.60%, and RSD was 0. 8% （n=6）. The method is accurate, reliable and specific. It can be used for quality control and evaluation.
