摘要
从农业银行股改的争议出发,结合我国“十一五”规划的相关指向,探讨了我国国有金融资产经营的定位和法制化问题。
Starting from the depute of shareholding reform of Agricultural Bank of China, and connecting with the relevant guidance of China＇s Eleventh-five-year Planning, this paper probes into the positioning and legislation of the management of China＇ s state-owned financial asset.
