摘要
鉴于体育纠纷的多元性及专业性、技术性特点,对构建多元的体育纠纷解决机制进行探讨,为及时、有效、合理的解决体育领域中的争端与纠纷。
Based on the character of specialization, technique and diversified factors of sports dispute, this paper made discussion on establishing resolution mechanism of sports dispute. The main purpose is to solve the dispute in sports field effectively, rationally and timely.
