颅脑损伤合并颈椎损伤21例临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨颅脑损伤合并颈椎损伤的临床特征、漏诊原因及救治方法。方法回顾性分析21例颅脑损伤伴颈椎损伤患者的临床资料。结果颅脑损伤常合并颈椎损伤可导致相应的颈神经受损,椎动脉受累等脑血流动力学改变的症状,但在重型颅脑损伤及合并其他复合伤时容易误诊和漏诊颈椎损伤。结论对颅脑损伤者伤后反复的神经系统体检发现难以单纯用颅脑损伤解释的神经体征时,应根据病情作相关的颈部影像学检查,以获得颅脑损伤早期诊断和及时治疗。
