摘要
介绍了用热等静压方法制备全致密铜铬、铜铬铁真空触头材料的工艺和经验,对国内三种主要生产钢铬真空触头的方法进行了分析和对比。实验数据表明,用热等静压生产的铜铬铁真空触头在密度、耐压、截流值等方面具有明显地点,开断能力与CuCr50相当。
The process and experience of preparing vacuum contact materials of fulldense Cu-Cr and CuCr-Fe by use of HIP way have been introduced. Three mainways for domestic production of Cu-Cr vacuum contact have been analysed andcompared. The experiment data have shown that the Cu-CrFe vacuum contact pro-duced by HIP has obvi0us advantages in the respect of density, pressure resistanceand cut-off current value, and is corresponding to CuCr5o contact in the respect ofopen and cut capacity.
