趋化因子RANTES与皮肤病 被引量：2

摘要 调节活化正常T细胞表达与分泌的趋化因子(RANTES)是CC型趋化因子成员之一,对多种白细胞具有趋化和活化作用,对人类免疫缺陷病毒既有抑制病毒复制又有增强病毒复制的效应。有报道RANTES在多种皮肤病包括某些炎症性和免疫性皮肤病以及病毒、真菌、寄生虫感染甚至皮肤肿瘤的发病中发挥作用,对设计新的治疗方案和阐明药物的作用机理也有重要的意义。
