摘要
项目投资需要有一套完善、科学的评估体系,这样才能使投资避免盲目性。在项目投资评估体系中,系统工程方法具有明显的效果,在评估过程中得到了认可。从系统工程的基本理论出发,在介绍了项目投资由于缺乏系统性评估所带来的危害的基础上,提出了在投资评估中应用系统工程方法的科学程序,为项目投资提供成功的保障。
It needs a perfect and scientific assessment system for project investments to avoid blindness of investment. In project investments system, system engineering has shown clear effect, which has been widely adopted in project investment assessment. Starting from the origin of system engineering, hazards for project investment when lacking assessment are analyzed. A scientific procedure of system engineering in project investment assessment is put forward, which guarantees success of project investment.
