甜瓜不同基因型对辐射花粉诱导单倍体的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Genotypes on Haploid Plant Induced by Pollination with Irradiated Pollens in Melon(Cucumis melo L.)

摘要 以48个甜瓜基因型为材料,研究了基因型对辐射花粉诱导单倍体的影响,结果表明:18个基因型没有诱导出再生植株,占基因型总量的37.5%;30个基因型诱导出再生植株,占基因型总量的62.5%;诱导率变异幅度为0.06%~1.68%,平均0.29%,说明不同基因型单倍体的诱导率存在较大的差异。 Effect of genotypes on haploid plant induced by pollination with irradiated pollens was studied, using 48 melon genotypes as female. The results indicated that 18 genotypes which occupied 37.5% among all genotypes failed to induce plantlets, 30 genotypes which occupied 62.5% among all genotypes induced plantlets, variation of induction efficiency ranged from 0.06% to 1.68% and the mean was 0.29%. Induction rates of different genetypes had diversity.
