摘要
不断提高高等学校教学质量,培养社会需要的专门人才是教学工作的永恒主题;深化教学改革,积极推进教育创新是提高高校教学水平的关键;加强实践性教学环节,已经成为高校教学改革新的工作重点。本文列举了已经出现的理论教学与实践教学相结合的多种教学新模式,提出了保证这些新模式运行效果的具体步骤和注意事项,并从教师承担历史重任的角度出发,将教师自身创新的成败与教学改革的深入、能否获得更大的成效联系起来思考。
The eternal topic issue in teaching is to ever increase its teaching quality so as to cultivate society - required talents. The key point lies in ever deepening teaching reform and promoting educational innovation. This explains why nowadays performance -oriented teaching has been so emphasized in colleges and universities. This article lists the new teaching models that combine theoretical teaching with practical teaching and advances the technical steps that guarantee the effective running of these new models. Also it points out that teachers＇self - innovation is a key point that is closely associated with the success of teaching reform.
