摘要
考勤信息是一个学校、机关、或企事业单位内部管理的基础和重要环节.在总结了目前大部分考勤信息系统存在的缺点的基础之上,提出了一种具有网站查询、电子邮件、语音查询和手机短信查询功能的考勤信息系统结构.实验表明,该系统对设备要求低,技术实现简单,从而降低了系统开销及开发费用.
The attendance information is the foundation and the important link for management of schools, institutions or companies. After summarizing the shortcomings of some work attendance information systems, this paper proposes the structure of attendance information system with the functions such as website search, E - mail, speech search and short message search. The experimental result shows that this system reduces the requirements of equipments and operates easily, decreasing the daily expenses and development costs of the system.
