摘要
结合德州市国道、省道干线公路和高速公路沥青混凝土路面病害热再生修补工艺的实践,对一体式热再生综合养护车的应用,从养护质量、生产效率、使用成本方面进行了分析。提出了采用分体、组合式热再生修补设备方案及相应的工艺流程,预算了所需设备的价格、施工能力和使用成本。
This paper describes the practice for repairing asphalt concrete road surface damnification with the heat recycling technics on the national and province highway analyzes the usage of heat recycling with integrate maintaining machine according to the maintain quality, the working efficiency and the cost, presents the single and combination heat recycling equipment and technics flow, budgets the equipment price, the construction capacity and the cost.
