摘要
在钢液中加入比常规钢种高出数十倍的硫及适量的Cr、W、Mo、V元素,形成FeS、MoS_2、WS_2等金属硫化物,浇注成型铸件,使其具有自润滑性的硫化物,满足低转速,轻负荷摩擦偶合件的需要。
Sulphur as more several decades than common steel grades and appropriate a-mount of Cr,W,Mo,V are put into steel liquid. It is formed metal sulphide as FeS,MoS2, WS2 etc. and has self-lubricity for shaped caster. It is fitted for needs of friction coupler of slow rotation rate and low loud.
