钢结构裂纹扩展的随机过程模型

Random Process Model of Crack Propagation in a Steel Structure

摘要 钢结构中裂纹的存在及使用中裂纹的扩展将严重危及结构的安全。传统的断裂力学破坏准则只能判断出结构是否会发生断裂,并不能确定出结构处于各个状态的概率。本文运用随机过程理论对其进行描述,采用马尔可夫过程实现对钢结构断裂破坏过程的概率分析。经实例分析证明该方法准确、简便、适用,据此采取相应的维修措施,可以避免或减少事故的发生。 Cracks in a steel structure and their propagation present serious threats to its safety. The traditional damage criteria of crack mechanics can only predict the occurence of cracks but cannot determine the probabilities of various states in which the steel structure exists. In fact, crack propagation is a random process; therefore the paper applies the random process theory to its study and performs the probability analysis of the fracture process of a steel structure using the Markov random process, thus obtaining the probabilities of various states in which the steel structure exists. Accordingly maintenance countermeasures such as reinforcement should be taken to avoid its damage such as fracture.
