摘要
研究了由农用碳酸氢铵与精制硫酸锌制备碱式碳酸锌的工艺及产物的热解性能.估算表明了制备过程的热力学优势.优化后的工艺条件是:碳酸氢铵对硫酸锌的过剩系数为1.00~1.20,锌液中Zn2+浓度约100g/L.产物主要是无定形的Zn5(CO3)2(OH)6.其热解过程主要发生在300℃以下.焙解温度可控制在400℃左右.
The preparation of basic zinc carbonate (BZC) from purified zinc sulfate and fertilizer-grade ammonium bicarbonate and the pyrolysis properties of BZC were systematically investigated. The results of thermodynamic calculation indicated the thermodynamic superiority of the reaction ZnSO 4+NH 4HCO 3 BZC. The preferrential process conditions were as follows: excess coefficient of NH 4HCO 3 1.00~1.20, concentration of Zn 2+ in ZnSO 4 solution about 100 g/L. The resulted BZC was mainly amorphous Zn 5(CO 3) 2(OH) 6. The thermal decomposition of BZC mainly occurred below 300℃. The roasting temperature is suggested to be controlled at about 400℃.
