Toll样受体/核因子-kB信号通路与惊厥性脑损伤的研究进展

Progress of Research on the Relationship between TLRs/NF-kB Signal Pathway and Seizure-induced Brain Injure

摘要 Toll样受体(TLR)诱导核因子-kB(NF-kB)的活化是中枢神经系统免疫调控的重要组成部分之一。TLR主要表达于小胶质、星形胶质和少突胶质,在受到感染性或非感染性刺激时,可以通过转接蛋白MyD88和(或)TIRAP/Mal依赖性通路激活NF-kB,引起炎症因子水平的改变。NF-kB在惊厥引起的脑损伤过程中作为转录因子参与了急性炎症过程,作为细胞因子参与了神经兴奋和(或)神经胶质疤痕的形成。深入研究TLR/NF-kB通路在惊厥性脑损伤中的作用,有助于明确惊厥引起的脑损伤的发病机制,有利于早期防治。
