左心室辅助装置在儿科心力衰竭中的应用价值

摘要 左心室辅助装置（LVAD）是一种全新的治疗技术，可作为心脏移植的桥梁或为心肌细胞修复提供一个过渡时期。对于那些不能进行供体移植的特殊患者则担当起长期的慢性心功能支持任务。它可在心脏衰竭的情况下维持正常的体循环，避免了多脏器功能衰竭。通过近几年的临床应用和技术更新，科研人员开发出了几种有效的工作系统，并在成年患者中积累了一定的临床经验，效果良好。但在儿科受年龄、驱动装置和费用限制，应用经验有限，尚无有效的可比性数据，不过已有的临床数据已显示其良好的应用价值。随着LVAD技术的不断完善，目前一种“完全植入式”的LVAD也已经开发成功，对于心脏衰竭的治疗又将向前迈出一大步，LVAD值得在国内儿科界中大力推广。
