介绍了罩式炉换热器的研制过程，包括到砂的选择、涂料的配比及浇注工艺的制定．实践证明读工艺合理，所生产的产品完全可以取代进口产品，经济效益可观．
This article describes the development of domestic heat exchanger for bell-typefurmce,relating to mould send choice,proportional ratio of coating mixture and determination of casting procedures. The operating results show that the technology is rational and products manufactured my fully replace imported ones,its economical benefits are considerable.
