摘要
为适应新形势的需要，我国确定在鞍钢现有的生产条件下，研制开发HQ70钢．开展了HQ70钢的热处理制度、显微组织及机械性能三者之间关系的系统研究，找出了合理的生产工艺制度，以便指导HQ70钢生产。
To satisfy the requirements of the new situation,it has been decided to develop HQ70 steel on the basis of the present preduction conditions of AISC. The relation between rehanical properties .heat treatment schedules and microstructures has been systematically inwetigted in Technology Centre,moreover the rational production processes for making HQ70 steel have been found out.
