摘要
试验证实，采用油水混合工艺润滑取得了明显效果，可使轧制压力降低7．7％，电流消耗降低9．9％，减少轧辊磨损20．52％，提高轧辊使用寿命50％左右，通过提高轧机作业，从而取得了显著的经济效益。
The test shows that the oil-water mixing lubrication process has obtained remarkable positive results:the rolling force has reduced by 7. 7% lthe electric power consumption has 1owered by 9. 9%;the roll wear has decreased by 20. 52% ;the roll service life has increasedby about 50%,as well as the operation rate of the rolling mi1ls was also enhanced,having ohtained considerable economic beni fits.
