摘要
介绍了在FZC-1发动机综合测试仪研制中的难点技术问题-转速信号处理的实现方法。通过采用抗干扰措施以及硬件上设计高品质的调理电路对转速信号进行有效处理,使得该测试仪能够在发动机地面试车时自动完成技术参数的测试,并将实测值与维护规程规定的范围、参数相比较,判断发动机的性能参数是否合格,为内、外场检查和调整发动机参数、排除发动机故障提供依据。
This article introduced the key technlogy-point that how to tackle engine speed signal in FZC-1 engine integrated testing instrument. It used anti-jamming measures and good adjusting circuit to dispose rotate speed signal effectively. It can finish testing of technology parameters automatically when engine is operating on ground and support the foundation of checking and adjusting the engine parameters and remove the trouble on the airports by comparing the measure number with the ruled parameter range in maintenance manual.
