摘要
通过工业摄像机获取密封条的图像,采用数字图像处理技术对图像进行分析处理和分析,实时提取密封条的几何特征,即密封条的宽度或厚度,可实现密封条的在线实时测量。但其测量精度会受一些条件的影响,如光线环境、图像采集设备的分辨率以及各种干扰等。文章讨论了密封条在线检测中的图像处理问题,对实现密待条的在线实时检测提供可能。
Sealing strip＇s measuring system is use to improve the quality and the efficiency of the sealing strip. This design used the lighting image theory and the digital image processing techology. The aim of making use of the methods of image processing is to get the information of the products. Median filtering, dichotomy and so on are being used in the measuring system. Delphi is used in the system as a kind of programming language. Finally the sealing strip measuring system is implemented by the software.
