摘要
我国工程造价咨询业面临着难得的发展创新机遇和巨大的市场需求,同时存在诸如执业人员教育滞后等一系列问题,成为这个新的行业发展的重要制约因素。本文对我国工程造价咨询业相关问题进行了分析研究,着重提出我国工程造价咨询业教育优先发展策略。
Precious opportunities for development and innovation are now awaiting the engineering cost consuhancy of China, which holds a huge market demand in store. However, a series of problems such as the lagging behind of professional education still exist, which may pose an obstacle to the healthy development of this new industry. Based on an analysis of the problems concerning engineering cost consuhancy in China, this paper attempts to bring forward the strategy of giving first priority to the professional education of this new industry.
