摘要
煤层瓦斯压力准确测定一直是瓦斯防治比较困难的工作之一,主要是封孔器的密封不严问题。利用主动式三相泡沫封孔器可以较好地测定瓦斯压力,但是三相泡沫体的变密度、变流态、变参数流性决定了泡沫体的压力不断变化,需要针对瓦斯压力和泡沫体的压力进行动态的变压,以保证封孔器的密封性能。本文在分析三相泡沫体特性的基础上,根据煤层测压要求和机械设计原理,设计和完成了自动充气补偿变压阀,实现了瓦斯压力测定过程中三相泡沫体压力的自动平衡补偿,提高了瓦斯压力的测定自动化水平。
gas press measuring is very difficult work in mine, being using had sealed device. Now gas press can be mensurated exactly by active applying three-phase froth plugging, but three-phase froth press need adjusting continuously for pressure decreasing , that caused by froth fracture. After analyzing the character of three-phase froth, the auto puff transformation valve is designed and applied in mine according to required gas press potting and mechanical fundamentals, the result is very good in mine and raise the level of automatic mensurating gas press.
