摘要
采用分光光度比色法测定蜂胶中的总黄酮含量。使用无水乙醇萃取蜂胶香皂中的黄酮成分,用硝酸铝作为显色剂,在415 nm处进行比色,与标准曲线相对比进行定量计算。本方法最低可以测定总黄酮含量在0.06%的蜂胶香皂样品。
An analytical method has been developed for the determination of total flavone-genus com-pounds in propolis-fancy-soap by visible light spectrophotometer.Using anhydrous ethanol extract flavone- genus component from propolis-fancy-soap,then with aluminum nitrate as color reagent.The flavone-genus content is determined by visible-spectrophotometer at 415 nm, and with standard curve. The minimum limit of detection for the method quantificationlly counted comparing with standard curve.The minimum limit of detection for the method 0.06%.
