论我国农村教育投入与农业生产的关系 被引量：1

摘要 农村劳动力的流动以及农村的义务教育已经成为我国的社会热点问题。本文通过对近几年我国农业的TFP和HMB生产率指数以及国家对农村义务教育投资的实证分析,认为我国对农村人力资本的投资并没能对改善农业生产率产生积极的作用。文章认为,在努力提高农村人力资本积累的同时,我们还必须加强对农村物质资本的投入,同时还需要采取积极的措施引导农业人才的回流。
