摘要
将72只6日龄艾维因鸡随机分为两组:Ⅰ组(对照组,36只)饲喂基础日粮;Ⅱ组(喹乙醇处理组,36只)饲喂基础日粮和喹乙醇,建立鸡喹乙醇蓄积中毒模型。运用显微技术对鸡喹乙醇中毒时肝肾结构变化进行了研究。结果表明:Ⅱ组鸡只肝、肾超微结构变化表现为线粒体膜、细胞核膜不完整,线粒体嵴减少、空泡化,肾线粒体膜增厚,Ⅰ组无异常变化。结果提示,鸡经喹乙醇蓄积中毒可导致严重的肝肾损害。
72 6-day-aged Aria chicken were divided randomly into two groups :chicken of group Ⅰ (control group ,36)were fed on basic diet; those of group Ⅱ (olaquindox-treated group ,36 )were treated by basic diet and 15 mg olaquindox/kg body weigth orally once per day for continuous 42 days to establish the model of chicken olaquindox-aecumulated poisoning. The effects of chicken olaquindox poisoning on histological and ultrastructural pathology were studied by microphotography and electron microscopy. The results are as follows:the pathological lesions of hepar and ren were characterized by hemorrhage, congestion and degeneration, the ultrastructural changes were marked by the incompletenezs of mitoehondrial and nuclear membranes, the mitoehondrial crista decrease and vaeuolization, the thickenneas of renal cytonuclear and basal membranes in chichens of group Ⅱ ,there were no abnormal changes in normal control group(group Ⅰ ). The results showed that olaquindox can cause severe damages of chicken hepar and ren.
