杂糯间栽田间稻瘟病菌种群结构变化及交互侵染作用 被引量:4

摘要 以7个中国稻瘟病鉴别品种、日本清泽系列13个单基因品种及9个栽培品种为试材,研究了四川省2004~2005年不同地区杂糯间栽田间杂交稻、檑稻上稻瘟病菌种群结构及其交互侵染作用。结果表明:①从2004年杂交稻、牾稻分离菌株中ZB群所占比例依次为66.67%、90.00%,从2005年杂交稻、檑稻分离菌株中ZB群所占比例依次为71.64%、64.29%,优势种群都为zB群,种群结构差异不明显;②杂交稻、檑稻上所分离的稻瘟病菌都包含了13种无毒基因,无毒基因频率差异不明显(最大频率范围在20%-60%);③从2004年杂交稻、檑稻分离菌株中能进行交互侵染的菌株所占比列依次为:22.22%、40.00%,从2005年杂交稻、糯稻分离菌株中能进行交互侵染的菌株所占比列依次为:16.42%、50%,杂交稻、梧稻上所分离的稻瘟病菌存在交互侵染作用. A standard set of 7 differential rice varieties commonly used in china, the Tsunematru mono-resistance-gene lines from Japan and 9 varieties commonly planted in Sichuan were used to study on the race composition and cross infection of M. grisea in rice mixture fields in Sichuan province in 2004 -2005. The result showed that,the first,there was no significant difference of race composition of M. grisea between Hybrid and Glutinous,group ZB was predominant group with frequencies of 66.67 % ,90 % in Hybrid and Glutinous in 2004 ; and 71.64 % ,64.29 % in 2005. The second,13 avirulence genes with frequencies of 20 % to 60 % were tested in Hybrid and Glutinous,and there were no significant difference of avirulence gene frequencies been fund. The third, there was cross infection between strains of M. grisea in Hybrid and Glutinous. The frequencies of cross infection strains were 22.22 % ,40 % in Hybrid and Glutinous in 2004 ; and 16.42 % ,50 % in 2005.
