摘要
测定不同甘蔗品种C0331、桂糖11、粤糖93／159成熟进程中体内激素和糖分含量动态变化的结果表明，在成熟早期的0—40d，3个品种的IAA、ABA和ZT含量下降，GA3逐步上升并相继达到峰值，同期内的蔗糖含量逐步上升，成熟中后期的40—80d内蔗糖含量继续提高而IAA、ABA和ZT含量平缓上升，GA3含量则迅速下降。
This experiment was to determine dynamic changes in hormone content and sucrose content in sugarcane through selecting three sugarcane （Saccharum officinarum L. ）varieties of ＇ Co331 ＇ ,＇ Guitangll ＇ and ＇ Yuetang93/159 ＇ in ripening period. The results indicated that during 0 -40 d in ripening early period, the content of IAA, A BA and ZT of three sugarcane varieties dropped,and at this time, GA3 content went up to the highest amount and sucrose content went up gradually ;during 40 -80 d in ripening later period, sucrose content of different varieties went up continuously and the content of IAA,ABA and ZT went up gently,but GA3 content dropped rapidly.
