摘要
在吸收国内外无钟炉顶高炉十字测温经验的基础上,武钢在4座双钟炉顶高炉上采用了十字测温技术。武钢双钟炉顶高炉十字测温技术的主要特点是:在测温探杆上安装了保护梁;测温探杆采用高压水冷却;探杆伸入炉内时与水平方向有一夹角;测量数据可输入计算机,随时显示。实践表明:十字测温装置在武钢4座高炉上使用情况良好,测温数据准确,操作者已将它作为调剂炉况的重要参数。
Cross-beam temperature measuring technology was applied to four blast furnace tops with double-bell at Wuhan Iron & Steel (Group) Co. based on the cross-beam temperature measuring technology of bell-less top.The main characteristics of the cross-beam measuring technology for the double-bell top are as follows: protective beams are installed on the crossbeams; the cross-beams are cooled by high pressure cooling water;there is an angle between the cross-beams and horizontal when the cross-beams stretch into the blast furnace ;the measured data can be input to the computer and can be displayed at any time. Practice showed that the temperature measuring apparatus had been used well at four blast furnaces of WISGCO, the correct measuring temperature data can be the important parametres for the operators to adjust blast furnace condition.
