摘要 目的观察桂枝挥发油(the Volatile oil of Ramulus Cinnamomi,VORC)的抗炎作用。方法采用耳片法、毛细血管通透性亢进法、足肿胀法及大鼠急性肺炎模型观察VORC抗炎作用。结果VORC对二甲苯所致的耳廓肿胀、醋酸所致的毛细血管通透性亢进、角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀和大肠杆菌内毒素(LPS)所致大鼠急性肺炎都有明显的抑制作用。结论VORC有显著的抗炎作用。 objective To study the anti -inflammation effect of volatile oil from ramulus cinnamomi (VORC). Methods Anti - inflammation effect was studied with the methods of mice auricular swelling, mice celiac capillary permeability, rat hind paw edema and acute pneumonia model. Results VORC had an inhibitory effect on acute inflammation of mice induced by xylene, celiac capillary permeability of mice induced by acetic acid, edema of rat hind paw induced by carrageenan, acute pulmonary inflammation of rat induced by LPS. Conclusion VORC has a markedly anti - inflammation action.Acute pneumonia
