摘要
加强对校报学生记者队伍的培养是高等学校做好宣传工作、提升人才培养质量的重要环节。本文在阐述培养校报记者队伍的必要性基础上,从选拔和培养过程、记者队伍的管理两方面明确了培养学生记者队伍的主要途径,最后针对培养中如何形成学生记者良好的知识、能力和素质结构等问题进行了探讨。
To strengthen the cultivation of point in the promotion of college propaganda student journalists of college newspaper and periodicals is a key work and the qualities of students. On the basis of stating the necessaries of cultivating student journalists group, this article argues several major approaches from the sides of procedures of selection and cultivation, and man-agement. Finally, the author discusses some important questions on how to shape their good structures on knowledge, ability, and quality.
